Council Member Mark Hargrove

councilmember hargroveCouncilmember Mark Hargrove recently began his first term on the Chino City Council  following the 2018 mid-term elections. He is a retired lieutenant after a 34-year career in law enforcement.

Mark was born and raised in Chino, and he and his wife Teri have raised their five children here. A product of Chino's public schools himself, Mark was a member of Chino Valley Unified School District Measure G Oversight Committee. As a dedicated community leader, Mark has also served on the Planning Commission, Chino Prison Citizen's Advisory Committee, and is a former president of the Facilities Master Plan Committee. 

Mark has also volunteered with the Chino high school sports and basketball boosters, Girls Fastpitch, Chino AYSO, and coached with the Chino basketball league. 

Council Member Hargrove represents District 2.
