Council Member Paul A. Rodriguez, Ed.D.Council Member Paul A. Rodriguez, Ed.D was first appointed by the Chino City Council and sworn in on July 18, 2017 then elected in November 2018 to serve a two year term as Council Member.
He is an adjunct professor for UCR School of Business; Instructor for the California School Board Association for the Chief Business Official State Certification courses; an adjunct professor for Cambridge College in Rancho Cucamonga where his expertise is in instruction of Educational Leadership and Organizational Management, Counseling/Consulting, and Cross-Cultural perspectives; and faculty Supervisor for beginning teachers/interns for the University of Phoenix.

Council Member Rodriguez serves as the City's representative on the Chino Cultural Foundation, as well as liaison to the Chino Community Services Commission and Chino Unified School District Board of Education. Council Member Rodriguez is also on the Chino Valley Unified School District, Measure G Oversight Committee and the League of California Cities, Legislative Task Force.

Council Member Rodriguez represents District 1.
